Lakeside School is Seeking the Following Positions for the 2019-20 School Year:

Part Time Sprouts After Care Teachers

Lakeside School is seeking individuals who love working with children outdoors and would like to work in the afternoons part time, for one or more days, throughout the school year. Hours needed are 2 to 5pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The chosen candidates will need to complete a full background check through NY State Office of Child and Family Services, submit a physical and tb test, and take a free 5 hour on-line safety training.

Part Time Language Teacher

Lakeside School is seeking a part-time Language Teacher for our mixed-age Elementary program. The teacher will develop and teach a year-long language program for a small class of first, second, and third graders. The language class is offered twice weekly year round. Lessons should be interactive, including songs, stories, games and crafts. The goal of Lakeside School's language program is to introduce our students to vocabulary and culture in an inspiring and creative manner. Candidates who are interested but cannot commit to an entire year should still apply. Applicants must pass a background check.

Substitute Teachers
Lakeside School is always seeking individuals who love children to sub when our faculty is sick or away. No teaching credentials necessary but experience with children is a plus. Applicants must pass a fingerprinting background check.
